TERMS AND CONDITIONS
(These conditions are for properties Casa el Sol and Casa Da Vid
SORRY, DUE TO THE RESIDENTIAL LOCATION GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE OR STAG/HEN PARTIES ARE NOT ACCEPTED
Booking procedure: can be done in three ways:
- ONLINE: Through our website www.los-alcazares-villa.com or email nick@los-alcazares-villa.com
- BY PHONE: 07377 789 927
Payment methods: Upon Booking, requires payment of 20% of the total amount. This can be by:
- BANK TRANSFER: you have 4 days to send us proof of your payment. If we do not receive the confirmation of payment, the booking will be automatically cancelled.
BOOKING CONDITIONS:
- Water, gas and electricity are included in the rental price.
- The prices in our website have the IVA included.
- The guest accepts the norms of the residential community and refrains from doing activities that may be harmful or annoying to the neighbourhood.
- Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
- Bookings cannot be confirmed before a deposit of10% of total holiday is paid.
- Bookings will be maintained for a period of 48 hours after the planned day of arrival
- In case of leaving the villa before the planned day of departure, no refunds can be made.
- Due to the exceptional nature of the Coronavirus pandemic we are not responsible for any restrictions or limitations of access that may be enforced on the outdoor pool complex
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
Guest Arrivals:
Our guests may have the property at their disposal from 4pm on the first day of your holiday. If your arrival time changes due to delays, please inform us as soon as possible. If you arrive earlier than 4pm and wish to go and explore the local area, you may of course leave your luggage at the villa.
Departures:
The time of departure is 10am on the last day of your holiday.
OBLIGATIONS OF GUEST
Refundable Deposit:
A deposit of £100 will be taken on all bookings. The deposit will be returned at the moment of departure and after inspection of the villa by our management team. The deposit will be entirely returned whenever there are no damages caused and the property is considered generally clean.
The lead guest making the booking will be responsible for the correct conduct of all guests. Our villas are located in residential locations, and therefore we politely request that guests are respectful of our neighbours at all times.
- Respect hours of rest and the hours for pool use.
- Use of water, electric and air conditioning must be measured and rational. Please help us to look after the environment.
- When the air-conditioning is on, please close all doors and windows.
- Please do not drape towels or any other objects over the front terrace balustrade.
- At the pool it is mandatory to shower prior to using the pool. Shampoos, soaps and other products should be used in the pool shower.
- Children must always be accompanied by adults when visiting the pool and always under their responsibility.
Occupancy:
The maximum occupancy for each property (including children) must not exceed the number outlined in the villa description. Casa el Sol sleeps 8 and Casa Da Vid sleeps 4. In the event of over occupancy, guests will be asked to leave the property without the right to any compensation or any refund. Each villa is prepared for the number of guests you provided upon booking.
CANCELLATIONS
Free cancellation up to 60 days before your arrival. In case of cancellation less than 60 days we will retain the total deposit.
We closely follow the official instructions of the local health and government authorities. We will update this paragraph as more information becomes available.

REPLACEMENTS OR CANCELLATION
In the unlikely case of major incidents (water damage, fire, etc) that force us to cancel your booking, we will refund you the whole paid amount.
CLAIMS AND COMPLAINTS
Our goal is to provide you with all the ingredients for a perfect holiday. If there is a problem of any type, we would be grateful if you could let us know so that we may resolve it as soon as possible.
Upon arrival at the villa, please take a few moments to check if all is well. If you notice any problems, please contact us within a maximum of 24 hours after your arrival and we will resolve this as quickly and as effectively as possible. After that 24 hours period, any failings in the property will be attributed to the guest and deducted from your deposit. For any incidents relating to the cleaning, furnishings or bed linen/towels, please inform us by 12 noon on the next day following your arrival.
WE WILL NOT BE DEEMED TO BE LIABLE IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CASES:
- Negligence or omission of services provided by third parties or attributable to them.
- Theft, damage or destruction originated by third parties. For your safety and to avoid unpleasant surprises we recommend you close windows and doors when you leave the property and do not leave important belongings in plain sight.
- Fire, explosion, flood or power cut.
- The correct use and enjoyment of the villa and related facilities will always remain under the strict responsibility of the guest.
- Building work or construction close to the holiday property.
- Misuse by the tenant, fire, theft, accident, bad weather or other types of causes.
In this regard, we recommend that you contact your insurance company and take out travel insurance that would cover any eventuality that may arise during your holiday.
